Sweet Ruth's is an Austin based roving food trailer, specializing serving hotdogs with the magical combination of bacon and grilled onions

We bring the speed and convenience of the big city NY cart hotdog, with the out of this world flavor of the Los Angeles "Danger Dog" bacon and onions street dogs.

We bring you the best tasting dog at the best price in town. Our signature dog is called the...

"Texas Mad Dog".

We serve a generous 1/4 pound, all beef dog in a premium gourmet bun. We smother it in bacon and grilled onions.

Why we are better...

In LA "Danger Dogs" are wrapped with a single piece of bacon around the dog. You only get one piece of bacon, and often the bacon is over or undercooked. We grill the bacon and dog separately, grilling both the dog and bacon to perfection.

We also double the bacon with two deliciously crispy bacon strips. Grilled onions are then added to elevate the flavor profile even further. And for our "foodie" friends, we take it up a notch by offer a "Seattle style" cream cheese base (which takes it to a whole new level!)

It's the perfect combination of savory, smoky, and creamy that will leave your taste buds craving for more. Indulge in our hot, fast and affordable Texas Mad Dog. Many rave the bacon wrapped LA Danger Dog is the best tasting style of dog in the country... We just made it better!
